Artificial Intelligence

Is in fact an extended degree of responsiveness on the part of a machine to fulfill it's purpose. It is a toaster that notes that the toast is darkening very quickly but the setting is on light brown. It is a car's service light coming on because an unexpected condition that might otherwise be missed by the owner could very well cost him thousands in repairs.

This new line of car has an artificial intelligence built in designed to anticipate how a passenger could be harmed and counter in such a way as to make nearly any accident on the road not just survivable but nearly harmless to the passengers.

I think that prick should be beaten with his own shoe for the lack of intelligence he shows with his 'fluent' definitions.

A different meaning entirely from the Oxford dictionary's suggestion. THe meaning intended here is that describing something that is mellow, chilled out, lazy, and all together the easiest path in any situation.

This tune is intelligent.

A psychological diagnosis that entails having enough intellegence to survive, but no more.

Sandra: Did you hear John cut his own toes off last week whilst mowing the lawn with no shoes on? Only a few days before that he told me that he cooks his food directly on the hob with no saucepan to save washing up. He's such a fool.

Ed: You need to be more sensitive about this. John was actually diagnosed with MVID (minimum viable intelligence disorder)
