They often look down upon other Spanish-Speaking people with an air of entitlement.

Cuban Link

A Emcee born in Cuba,Habana in a town called Puerta Cerrada literally translating to locked doors. He came to America during the El Mariel boat lift in 1981 at the age of 6. He moved to the Bronx at 9 and was put in bilingual classes in which he learned english. He was a former member of Terror Squad with Fat Joe, Big Pun and Triple Seis. He and Big Pun were very close and once Pun passed away Fat Joe sliced Cuban Link in Jimmy's in the Bronx at Angie Martinez's Album Release Party. After that, the two have had beef and Fat Joe has gone out of his way to make sure Cuban Link does not succeed. Cuban Link's debut album 24k was unreleased because of Fat Joe refusing to produce it in Terror Squad. Cuban Link has continued to aspire as an artist rapping in both spanish and english. He continues to help move along the latino movement into rap and living up Big Pun's legacy. He currently resides in the Bronx,NY.
