A double dutch pipe cleaner is when two girls stand facing eachother and they both have their fingers on the right hand in there own vagina. A cleaner is someone who cleans the house, and does the dishes, and does not get a plate of food. Having to eat off of the plates of leftovers that are cold, on the same plate not a clean one. The cleaner puts his dad to bed at 8:15 and has to stay and cannot leave.
