Caste-ism exists in contrast to classism; which judges people solely based on their mode-of production.

In programming, over-excessive casting of a variable, for example (char)(int). Often used by programmers who don't have any actual skill, but they want their code to look really cool.
Guy 1: I totally dual-casted that variable when I was decrypting.
