1. An erection that occurs as a result of something other than sexual arousal/stimulation, a hard-on with no "appetite".

2. A penis that, when erect, reveals to have neither been a grower nor a shower in its flaccid state.

A serious mental disorder causing a person to see themselves as "fat" and undeserving of food no matter what their size is .

It is not a choice and it is not dieting gone wrong.
