A ride scoop is basically that one friend who can drive and picks you up when you need a ride.

Annie: Hey Bobby will you be my ride scoop and drive me to the mall?
Bobby: Sure Annie, anything for a friend.

Christie: Damn, i seriously want to go to the concert this weekend, but i don't have anyone to drive me. Robby? Do a friend a favor?
Robby: Yeah I'll be your ride scoop Christie, if you get me a ticket to the concert too :)

A "rental" car used by a dope dealer. When a drug user has no other form of payment they offer use of their car for a length of time to be determined by the quantity of dope they receive. A.K.A. Geeker Ride. Geeker of course referring to a junkie.
