1.) This Phrase is used when a person is going "Heavy" in any given situation.

2.) The phrase can also be used at random moments to describe Heavy and individual is “going”.

When saying this phrase you are to emphasize on the Ohh and the Heavy part for approximately two seconds giving the phrase a "Heavy” tune
