2) A slow driver from North Carolina, usually from rural parts of the state (Charlotte and Triangle drivers are fast) going inexplicably slow on the interstate.

3) Found primarily near the North Carolina border along Interstates 85 and 95.

Third wheel syndrome is a problem with a person who can be in a conversation but pays no attention to it what so ever has a tendency to repeat what others have just said as they were not listening.it comes from never being someone number one person in life so they have never had attention paid to them fully thus never had to pay attention gets a lot worse over time

To be completely "Wheelarched" is to be so drunk a person will attempt to enter his/her car via the wheelarch.

A person i heard of recently had so much to drink at Dinner that after collapsing and then later recovering he then attempted to enter his Range Rover via the space between the front wheel and the car body, he was infact totally wheelarched.
