Kleptocrofers become Kleptocrats when they are elected to public office. Then they enact policies and regulations that support the global Kleptocracy being systematically erected all around the world. In doing so they are turning the entire world population into slaves that work their entire lives to supply the bankers with wealth created out of the working classes hard work.
