A term used when describing fanfictions that are incredibly obscene and usually involve bizarre character arcs and alternative universes. An example of this could be fan fictions centered around hard drug addictions that characters previously did not have, characters having murderous schizophrenic meltdowns, or characters getting probed by aliens.

Yanami: "I-I mean, it was basically like we were half-dating though. And if that soggy cow hadn't waltzed onto the scene, we'd probably still be together!" (She was talking about the other girl whom her crush rejected her for)
Nukumizu: (to himself) "Wasn't she a 'dear friend' a moment ago?"
Yanami: (crying) "But I get it. If I'd worked up the courage sooner, things might not have turned out like this."
Nukumizu: "W-Well, you might be right."
Yanami: "I'm sorry I'm such a mess today."
Nukumizu: "No, it's totally fine. (to himself) That's not what you need to apologize for."
Yanami: "But I'm okay with it. As long as Sosuke's happy, I'm okay with it."
Nukumizu: (to himself) "What a spectacular reaction to getting rejected. Speaking of, there's a term that perfectly describes girls like her. Yanami Anna. Yes, it fits you perfectly. You're a 'losing heroine'."

Heroin Ankles

Lesions and or scarring appearing on one’s ankles that could be mistaken for scarring from injecting the drug Heroin. Usually caused by scratching bug bites until they scar, eczema, or actually shooting heroin though your ankles.

Jamie: oh my god, Trucinda! Look how bad my heroin ankles look!
Trucinda: oh no Jamie, are you shooting heroin through your ankles?
Jamie: oh heavens no! I got attacked by mosquitos a couple weeks ago right on my ankles. I couldn’t leave them alone, I’ve been scratching and scratching for weeks!

Trucinda: you should put some cortisone cream on them to help stop the itch.
