A small, bite-sized frozen ham sandwich on a biscuit. Much like today's "white castle" hamburgers; a popular frozen snack food of the late 1960's and 1970's.

A reply phrase to Just putting it out here or Just placing it out there that signifies disinterest or displeasure in the suggestion. Usually used when the original suggestion or statement was so unhelpful or absurd as to warrant immediate dismissal..

Person 1: "Just putting it out there by pol pot had the right idea..."
Person 2: "Just handing it back"
