1. Someone that reads gothic or classic literature, just for the sake of saying they read gothic or classic literature

2. A person that doesnt listen to goth music, but dresses in all black and calls themselves goth for the attention of (usually) straight white boys.

American Gothic can be used to describe a person who chooses not to show empathy, and is exhausting to be in a relationship with.

The reason you are unable to have rewarding relationships is because you are American Gothic, in such a way that you would never exercise considerate or empathetic behavior.

Kikuyu Gothic

This is a type of architecture & design that involves reusing rejected pieces of tiles, paint, bricks & Roofing sheets, in a way that is not aesthetically pleasing to save money.

It is a stereotype associated with landlords who come from Kenya's large ethnic group ; Kikuyu's.

That house is cheap, but the Kikuyu Gothic could scare all your blessings away.

Gothic

Gothic is a style of a sanserif typeface. It is more commonly called a Grotesque or Grotesk.

Grotesque refers to the set of sans-serif fonts produced around 1815. Gothic is another name for Grotesque. Caslon is considered the first Gothic.

Blackletter is often called Gothic also, though not technically the right word for that style of a typeface. If you are curious, please do a search for these terms.

They choose a Gothic typeface because they wanted their work to look clean and modern.
