A penis that has been improperly circumsized and has only part of the forskin removed, or too much removed causing a painfull erection. In certain extreme cases the entire head of the penis can be accidently removed causing a nasty nub.

botchulism

(n.) Definition #1: A serious food-borne illness that causes people to behave in a totally bumbling and clumsy manner, and therefore they totally screw up most anything that they try to accomplish. I wonder if that was Inspector Clouseau's problem? Definition #2: A form of government/civilization that encourages everyone to just go haphazardly knocking about and making a complete muddle of everyday tasks; officials from said government may occasionally come through the municipality to ostensibly assist said incompetents to "repair the damage", but of course these hapless/clueless agents are just as inept as their civilian counterparts, and so they usually just end up making the chaos worse.

I think that a lot of the countries in the world really practice botchulism more than they embrace any other form of government... socialism, communism, capitalism --- whatever they claim to practice, it usually ends up totally screwing everything (and everybody) up, and so in the end it all results in pretty much the same meaningless chaos.

(Contraction of "But you said") (pro. "but-choo-sed," emphasis on second syllable)

An exclamatory statement that is meant to pass blame from one party to another; the party that issues the statement invariably is "in the wrong," as the misinformation is always caused by that party either not paying attention to what was actually said or subconsciously distorting what was said into what they wanted to hear.

Instructor: "Ok ladies and gentlemen, don't forget about the test Monday morning."
Learner: "Butchused(!) we weren't having the test!"
Instructor: "No... I said we weren't having the test this week. It was pushed to Monday."

Father: "Ok kids, lets hop in the car and head home."
Child: "Butchused(!) we would go get ice cream!"
Father: "I said we would get ice cream if everyone finished their chores. You didn't do any of them."
