Generally the tweaker charistics, (such as found in the people from Barstow, CA),can be referred to as the Barstow swerve.

It could also be used to describe a Venereal disease contracted from having relations with somebody who uses hard drugs.

John got the Barstow swerve from that crack whore he banged last week.
