Tronin'

When someone is Tronin', they are in a state of mindlessness and stupidity, therefore lacking the mental cognition to complete every day tasks such as opening doors, walking, and wiping one's ass. Whether this is due to copious amounts of drugs, or just a mental lack of cognition that results in something of a mental stupor, it is an annoying and tedious task to communicate and/or relate to someone who is tronin'.
