Race shaming

Making a human being of any race, feel ashamed, guilty, or at fault; for something that happened in the world, in which they have no control over.

After being pulled over for running a red light, I was let off with a warning. Later at work I told this story to my coworker. ( I am white and she is mixed) She immediately took my story, and made it all about her. She spent 10 minutes race shaming me, claiming it was only due to my race that I was let off with a warning. While if the tables were turned, she would’ve had to fear for her life from the police officer.

walk of shame

n. the course walked home after a night of boozing and fucking. one usually wears either the clothes they went out in (eg. short skirt and heels) or the clothing of the person they slept with (eg.a large white t-shirt)the morning after and everyone notices they have the "I was fucked up last night" look and am now walking home from the guy-I- fucked's house.

"I don't remember what his face looked like and I had to do the walk of shame."
"I don't remember if the sex was good enough for the walk of shame."

Name Shame

The point at which it's too late to ask for someone's name because you spent so much time around them that you should already know it.

I have total name shame. I've been working for a month with this guy and still don't know his name.

A phenomenon that occurs when one is not only ashamed of something, but *ashamed* that one is ashamed, resulting in an endless decrease in self-confidence, and an exponential increase in self-loathing.

Not only do I hate that I'm gay, but I hate that I hate that I'm gay! I'm caught in a fucking shame spiral!

Ride of Shame

Like "walk of shame," term refers to college students who use university affiliated call-a-ride services to return home after sleeping with someone and spending the night in their dorm room. Seen as a convenient attempt to avoid embarrassment associated with the "walk of shame". Term thought to have originated from University of Maryland, College Park, where evening transportation services are innundated with calls from hung-over freshmen who do not want to be seen walking home.

COVID shame

The adolescent backlash sustained by an individual who manifests corona virus symptoms, secretly tests positive, but fails to self-isolate and continues to attend school, sporting events, parties and other social gatherings despite the serious collateral health risks posed to direct and secondary contacts.

WTF!? Mary, that idiot, actually KNEW she was positive and came to the party ANYWAY?! Hold on a minute while I say g'bye to my grandparents while they're still fuckin' breathin'...if anyone needs a lesson in COVID shame, it's that dumb bitch.
