can be used in two different ways depending on how and why you say it
#1. can be used to describe something that smells bad
#2. can be used to say how good someone looks

person 1 - how does my breath smell?
person 2 - damn, your breath is kickin, get a breath mint or something

#2.

person 2 - yeah, her body's kickin
