Pepperbilly

Similar to a Hillbilly or Flatbilly. Named as such due to the large consumption of hot peppers. Commonly reside in desert regions of the American Southwest such as Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, often near the border with Mexico. Peperbillies maybe of Hispanic descent. However, many are not related to people of Hispanic origin. This term was also used in the movie "The Border."

Hey, I went to Ernesto's house this weekend. All of his cousins showed up too! They cooked asada tacos with lots of jalapenos. 'Nesto's lot is just a patch of dirt out in the desert. True pepperbilly style!
