Semi-friends are guys that you meet on a regular basis, because you share the same group of people. For instance, the people you met after you joined a sports-club or a fraternity could be your semi-friends. The reason why you meet these people is often different from just hanging out together. a semi-friendship might also be called an arranged friendship.

Friso is one of my semi-friends. We sometimes meet in a bar, but he didn't invite me to his house-warming BBQ.

Friend Cougar

Someone who has few friends his/her own age and prefers to spend time with younger people. This is most common in highschool when a senior/junior is frequently befriending underclassmen.

a friend that knows all of your faults, mistakes, and problems, and still loves you. a friend that will be next to you when you cry, trying to cheer you up. a friend that will always be there, even when you're not there for them. a friend that will accept your every apology. a friend that can get you out of all difficult situations. a friend that will be texting you when you are on your first date. a friend that is true, will always be the one at your side when you're down.

foul-weather friend 

The opposite of a fair-weather friend, a foul-weather friend only seeks you out if they have a problem, need a shoulder to cry on, a ride to town or someone to watch their dog, but otherwise they act as if they don't even know you. They're only your chum when they're glum.

A foul-weather friend will never call you to go out with other friends, go to a show or just go hang out, but the minute trouble comes, your foul-weather friend knows you are good old reliable you, the one who will listen when no one else will, and they act like you're their only friend. Don't expect the same in return either. When you've got a problem, they'll usually tell you not to bring them down.
