The purpose of this phrase is to stun a freech so completely helpless that all they can do in response is proceed to run home crying. I mean, come on, how else are you supposed to respond to such an incredible insult?

Minorities can use this statement to freak out their white friends by making them think that they are offending them. Best used whenever any terms containing colors that might relate to the person's skin color in anyway (brown, yellow, etc.) or if "White" is used to act like you are offended at the lack of equality.

White Guy: "Looks like it's going to be a white Christmas."
Asian Friend: "Was that a racial slur?"
White Guy: "Oh my god! I didn't mean it in an offensive way..."
Asian Friend: "Just screwing with you."
