It could have a alternative like "ya mamad e moghadas ", but it's not really an alternative and just another shallow expression for showing you are amazed or shocked .

You know virtually all pizza 🍕 places do this. An obnoxious customer or a Karen orders a pizza. After all the ingredients are on it and before it's cooked a couple of guys go in the back and jerk off on it then bake it and serve it up to the customer as if nothing has happened. A word to the wise: treat your waitstaff kindly.
