The Faggotier is the slur word of the shittiest ferry boat of the Société des Traversiers du Québec crossing the St.-Lawrence River between Matane and Baie-Comeau. The real name of the ferry is F.-A.-Gauthier for Felix-Adrien-Gauthier. In French, F. A Gauthier sound like faggotier.

I went to the ferry, but the Faggotier was broken AGAIN.

Just like slave ships, the faggotier transports faggots across the St.-Lawrence River. It is always broken. People call it a Lemon.

I was on vacation in Gaspésie and I went to take the ferry boat but the faggotier broken down, again. I had to make a 14 hours drive by Quebec city to get back home.
