Alternatively can mean a person who steals another person's identity and hides their own under the alias of chairs. (May or may not have switched a few letter to be more original)

Looks like one of those cleptochairs has been at work.

The cleetus vest is one of the small amounts of people who respect the wheetus nest (like the venus crest) they befriend the wheetus nest and tag along. some of the powers they behold are sirens laugh. they use this to hold back the wheetus nest hunters and penis chests. the cleetus vest has the power to destroy penis chests and wheetus nests hunters with this power, given by the venus crest. they also used to engage in furry activities.
