A character on the popular FOX show "24". Blew up an airplane in order to secure the photo ID card of a photographer. Is a member of the mile-high club. Likes to cavort around the Mojave Desert semi-nude. Failed an attempt to assassinate President David Palmer by poisoning him. CUrrently somewhere in LA (though she might come back for the season 4 finale of 24).

All you have to remember is, "Naked Mandy!"

A nickname for Mandy. Only used on Mandys who are fun and kind. They can also be super artsy and have an aesthetically pleasing instagram. The nickname stems from the bakery in Chicago, Sweet Mandy B's, where there are tons of cupcakes with all different flavors. Just like cupcakes, a "sweet mandy b" is sweet, fun, flavorful!
