Becky: "Oh I was stuck in Ferguson traffic. A guy stood in front of my car with his hands up for 10 minutes."

The infamous "Slovakian Traffic Cone" Urban Dictionary entry is an example of The Slovakian Traffic Cone Law. As in, it was likely made up by the guy who posted it. There was no such thing as the Slovakian Traffic Cone before that entry was made. I hope.

Something so fucking predictable they could just record it and play the same tape over and over every day. It's always exactly the same, and ignores anything not within a 2-mile radius of the center of Providence.

Foot Traffic

When there are so many people on the sidewalk, that you physically unable to walk at a normal pace. Foot traffic is common during rush hours on the way to work or school. Foot traffic can often make short journeys take a long time to travel.
