A disgusting and very fucked up act of violence as seen in the motion picture Bone Tomahawk in which a man is scalped by troglodytes, then fed his scalp, then cut completely down the middle of his body, gooch first with a Tomahawk. Or could mean something too fucked for words.

"DUDE!!!! The fucking maniacs Bone Tomahawking him, I won't sleep for fucking years." or " Dude, don't go there that's Bone Tomahawk."
