A culmination of wheels, or charm in getting girls. This term only applied to guys. You must also have tender salad, sick flow or nice hair. You can give yourself the title of having "steezy whip game' but you must believe that you have the criteria. You must also have some confidence in yourself to attain this high honour.

Rick: You have sick flow today bud.
Phillip: It's my steezy whip game bud.
