A phrase you use to describe and say to someone who is either on the verge of being insanely fucked up, already fucked up or someone who is on the verge of passing out or has passed out as they will be blacked out and too fucked up to understand whom or what is surrounding them and will "See you in the morning." when they are sober. Mainly used in the yelling format.
