Someone that likes camping, hiking, or sitting in rivers in the southern parts of missouri. Someone prefering the backwoods of Missouri to the city life of Kansas City or St. Louis. Not to be confused with a Missouri Meth head.

I'd rather be a Missouri ridge runner then a south county hoosier or a west county snob.
