A person that suffers from an over-obsession with anything that comes in multiples of four. Sufferers are more commonly referred to as Quadriphiles. Severe sufferers have been known to derive sexual pleasure from the thought and touch of objects in quads.

The first known diagnosis of this condition was a man named Richard Poole in Manchester 2011.
