1. The act of bringing the ruckus when someone has made you very angry.

The word "fuckyouapalooza" is usually said out loud to the person(s) you are planning to present the ruckus to.

2.However, in some cases, it can also be said to the people standing around as a heads up that somethings about to go down.

"Fuckyouapalooza" is mostly just a warning to said receivers of ruckus, not a specific action.

A fuckrollhole is a special type of fuck. They are the biggest of all fucks. This person is not only annoying, but they are such an asshole that only this word can be used to describe them. They typically think they know it all and like to put down others and laugh (behind their backs or to their faces). If you ever meet one, avoid them. You will be a victim of their viciousness.
