A hairstyle more commonly known as "The Bowl Cut" or "Mushroom Cut". It is a cheap haircut given mostly to little kids or fashion oblivious adults. The origin for this word comes from the streets of San Francisco, where outside small asian barber shops, a sign showing various haircuts available corresponds to a number chart. The #11 being the bowl cut. This hair/number terminology is Universal in the streets of San Francisco and hair stylists alike.
"Oh my God, did you see that guy?! He totally had The Number 11. What a weirdo!"
or
"Hi there, could I please get The Number 11? I wish for my hair to look very strange today. Thank you.

What money is. Also, what you say to rationalize blowing all your money on booze/women/toys/coke. Replaces "little pieces of paper," which is deprecated.
Guy 1: Shit, $100 for four shots of Patron?!
Guy 2: Man who gives a fuck, money is just Numbers On a Screen!
Guy 1: You right.

The number of people assigned to a project that can be hit by a bus without impacting the project's completion. This number should be as high as possible.
For the slasher game project, the bus number is three, but there are only ten people on the project.
