A hairstyle more commonly known as "The Bowl Cut" or "Mushroom Cut". It is a cheap haircut given mostly to little kids or fashion oblivious adults. The origin for this word comes from the streets of San Francisco, where outside small asian barber shops, a sign showing various haircuts available corresponds to a number chart. The #11 being the bowl cut. This hair/number terminology is Universal in the streets of San Francisco and hair stylists alike.
