Adjective. Refers to a person or action that is "lacking in balls," or lacking in courage or bravery.

lacking enthusiasm and determination; carelessly lazy, not paying attention to something. (My dad uses this word even though it's not even a word but he says that everyone uses it :)

It's used as the shortened version of the real word 'Lackadaisical'
