1.<n> The level of knowledge a being or object holds or possesses.
2.<n> A superior being within a society such as in dimensional planes that rule over lesser territories.
We will use a Unnamed Being (Wei) to emphasize the word intelligence.

intelligentest

the same meaning as smart. used as if you were saying smartest, but instead it is intelligentest.
"that girl over there looks like the intelligentest person in the world.

Military Intelligence 

The mother of all oxymorons. Also the excuse that Republican presidents use to perpetrate such "just wars" as the current war on Iraq.
"Military intelligence" tells us that whichever country next chooses to oppose the USA is deserving of supreme vengeance.

Intelligate 

To make oneself intelligent
Read the news paper it will make you intelligate.
