Someone who is very bored and has a sad life so they decide to make others miserable by trolling them, making them a troll. This includes causing purposely distraction, drama, and shit to go down.
There's trolls on every site including games. Don't take them seriously just laugh it off, they don't do any harm either. (Except if you're easily triggered, or a feminist)

An individual who enjoys disrupting peace of an online message board, and causing dissent in general. They will often claim to possess a skill, called trolling, and speak of it as if it is a useful skill. These people are most likely unintelligent, or not under the realization that there supposed skill is not a skill at all. That is not the only type of troll, other trolls will troll people who are largely disliked, or at least disliked by that particular troll.
Troll: I went to troll some random forum today, I made so many people mad. Trolling is an art, it takes skill to be successful, I am quite skilled in it and take pride in my skill.
Person: Trolling isn't a skill, all you do is make people mad for no reason and you're happy about it when people hate you. You're a waste of space.
Troll: You mad?
Person: You're pathetic.

Trolling is often intended to bait and as such is associated with malice and anger. However, in its common usage: it means misrepresenting one’s self in order to produce a planned reaction, generally to prove some sort of point ( example: everyone has a trigger). If "the troll" is being honest the term trolling does not apply as they are not engaging in misrepresentation and no malice or manipulation is intended. Trolling is similar to method acting, in that the more one believes one's own words the more effective one's argument. Which is to say that the most effective "trolls" have transcended and become believers.
