Splunkied

Originating in the video game Splunky, is when one is killed in a seemingly unfair, but humorous way for the absurdity of it, often an attack coming out of nowhere or being hit once and sent to your doom like you are the ball in a rube goldberg machine.

Haa haa, man I got Splunkied so hard, I got hit by a rock from out of nowhere,that sent me flying into a a tiki trap that hit me into spikes instantly killing me, when I had such a good load out.
