Euphoria Situation 

In terms of the HBO show 'Euphoria': typically regarding Zendaya's character Rue and her drug addiction. An euphoria situation is used to describe an interaction with a drug addict; typically someone you know, and how imprudent it is to your life and theirs. The term is not used to describe someone or a situation in a hurtful or derogatory way.

You: John asked me for $75 to buy "groceries" and he'll pay me back on Saturday.
Dave: Didn't John just get out of rehab?
You: Yeah
Dave: I bet he doesn't have a job yet. How is he gonna pay you back?
You: Honestly, I don't even know.
Dave: Tbh, it sound like a 'Euphoria situation' to me.

A 'red exhaust situation' means that it matters to the owner even if you might think it pointless or ridiculous.

The Riva Aquarama, the most iconic speedboat ever made has red painted exhaust outlets but the paint gets easily blown off due to the chromed surface. The owner of a Riva Aquarama will often insist that the exhausts are red. Hence a 'red exhaust situation'
