Any (usually japanese) 4-cylinder POS not fit for racing that idiots (usually teens) hop up anyway. These cars dont even have 150 HP. By "modify," I mean stickers all over, special neon lights, ugly decals showing stuff they dont have(e. g. NOS, Turbo), shitty spoilers, shitty "fart can" exhaust. No performance enhancements. All show, no go. If you want to race in a japanese import, at least get an Acura TL-S/CL-S (260 HP V6) or Nissan Maxima (265 HP V6). Best of all, get a REAL car with a V8 or more (M5-5.0L/400HP, CTS-V--5.7/400, Corv Z06-5.7/405, Benz E55 AMG- 5.5L/469HP, S600 V12--6.0/493).
Someone in a ricer (Civic "VTEC", of course), revving his engine at the light, had the nerve to get me to race him. He floored it like a rocket, but he wondered why he couldnt pass me, even though I was only at 2800rpm. When he tried to get ahead I floored it in my BENZ E55 AMG (5.5 L V8, 469 HP, 516 ft-lbs torque, 0-60 in 4.5seconds*) and went past him like he was standing still. I mean, I just smoked that bastard's ricer.
(NOTE: I don't really drive a Benz, let alone an E55 AMG. I just used the E55 as an example of a muscle car)

Term given to anyone who happens to like and/or drive a Non-American vehicle and/or not like American made vehicles. Most Honda owners are used to the name Ricer, since they take most of the heat.
Some "ricers" like to build fast cars, while others would rather just have a nice looking car. It doesn't matter to the Pro-American people, for no matter what the person wants his car to be, it isn't because "its rice"

My 1969 Chevelle with 340 Horsepower and a weight of around 4grand can take any ricer I don't care what hes got.

A car, probably an old Honda Civic/Accord or Corlla that has less horsepower than stickers and has a wing that could be used as just that..And just for the record, it is referring to import cars, hence the name -rice-r.

a person of any race that drives an import car and in some cases srt-4's and some american cars. They usually drive japanees imports that are made for fuel economy like hondas, integras, rsx,eclipse and so on. Most ricers think that their hondas are the fastest car even in tracks. Most are in denyal that they are ricers and tey call themselfs tuners. In seviere cases the ricer has a Honda and a respecable car like a SupraTT yet he is always talking about His Civic with vtech instead, and they are so ignorant to reaize that all cars now a days have valve timing systems. This is when you know there is a sever case of ricer denyal. Maily all ricers have older Civics or integras but new gerneation Civic Si have been a rebirth to ricy behavior
Hey i have a 94 Supra twin turbo but i think i will take my 07 Civic si to the track instead because its so fast and looks great with tinted windows, rims and lowered with coilovers.But when someone with a car faster than my civic(most REAL sport cars) comes to race me or chalange me ill resort to my supra to back me up. ---- thats the ricer ways
