Someone who is free from their past presently but judging and thinking their better than others, forgetting what their relationships were like in their past.

iTunes Refresh

An iTunes Refresh is when you add new songs into your iTunes library.

So instead of saying "I added new music to my computer on iTunes, then I synced to my iPod, so now I have new music on my iPod"

you could say

"I refreshed my iTunes and iPod last night"

When you refresh a web page, but you catch something interesting on the sidebar before it changes. You can go back... but the image is different.

I had a peripheral refresh graphic of a shirtless man coughing up blood on the sidebar... but I refreshed the page, and now it's an ad for Room To Go.
