A derogatory term for man who behaves like a dick so big it would, if real, touch the floor and sweep it clean as he walked along.

“John is a real floor sweeper.....” implies that someone named John is behaving like a very large dick.

Due to superstition in most countries about the number 13 being bad luck, this particular floor of a building is usually named the 14th floor by the elevator console.
