A derivative of the well known "Drive By" where the vehicular aggressor does not tell his driver to, "Dip, Dip, Dip!" in fear.

When the person in the passenger seat steers the car with both hands while the driver accelerates.

When you throw fireworks out of a moving vehicle. Usually done in residential areas.

The Grand-Am was egged because it was speeding through the neighborhood while the occupants inside were drive-by fireworking.
