When an individual evacuates (to avoid a storm or hurricane) to a location to stay with one that they have previously shacked with, or plan to shack with during the evacuation. A shack-evac typically occurs with an individual from a different area code than the shack-evacuee.

Valerie: What are your Hurricane Gustav evacuation plans?
Courtney: I think I am going to shack-evac to florida boys house.

shack sack

A bag or satchel worn by a sorority girl, usually a Red Bull or Jordan baller bag taken from the fraternity they shacked in the night before. The girl then wears this carrying case back to her sorority early the next morning (see Walk of Shame).

"Yo Chaz, check that dame across the median!"

"What about her bro?"

"I was just wondering what frat she stayed in last night to pick up such a sweet shack sack!"
