Firearm or gun, usualy of a size wielded with one hand but can also mean all kinds of firearms. Slang usualy used by YouTubers due to TouTube's stupid rules about avoiding any kind of buzzword so the content creator wont be de-monetized.

It's a tool used to eat various flavors of chips (particularly microwaveable ones) and has originated in chile and has become part of thier culture. This tool is also commonly used to kill the deadly snakes there.
