A name given to a person, most often a government employee, who mindlessly obeys orders. Even when said orders are no longer valid or are counterproductive to the main objective.

Welfare Monkey

Someone who is lazy, lives off of welfare, and doesn't care enough about their lives to start using the money in a useful and productive way, and instead, wastes the money on cars, drugs, etc. The monkey part likely refers to dark skinned people. This term seems to be used solely to refer to citizens of the United States of America.

Sociological concept, even seen in televised analyses done on the Discovery Channel, years ago (I don't recall the title).

Meaning:
a. The amount of people consciously thought of as "the world" by any one conscious human.
b. About 30 people.
