This includes financially owning themselves by getting one of the many useless degrees offered by today's university. An incompetence to use any job-hunting website. It also includes burning a variety of bridges with all of their friends, associates and family members. And finally, it includes a general sense of running from all responsibility due to a severe case of arrested development.
