Also known as UES. Term is mostly known from the CW series Gossip Girl. The UES is mostly well known for being far more “superior” than the Upper West Side (UWS). The UES however, in literal and metaphorical term is where the most wealthy, famous, and over privileged Manhattan citizens mostly live.

A whole different breed. Sierras often have an old soul and are the nicest people you can meet, they are intelligent and funny and will always be there for you when you need them they are often super sexy even though they will deny it. They are very understanding people and are happy people no matter what. Sierras are the best friends you can have so you better protect them at all costs

I call bravo sierra

Bravo and Sierra are two of the military's words used to prevent misunderstandings in radio transmission. They stand for the letters B and S in the same way that Alpha means A and X-Ray means X.

Using "I call bravo sierra" is a more articulate and less crude way of saying "I call bullshit". It also can be a coded way of letting your friends know what you think while keeping the clueless out of the circle.

The phrase has been popularized by the XM Satellite radio team of Opie & Anthony.

Herbert: "I graduated Princeton with a 4.0 cumulative average."
Jimmy: "Did ya? I call bravo sierra."
