PreDictionary

Witness Protection

A program that Michael De Santa from GTA V was in. Witness protection is security provided to a threatened person providing testimonial evidence to the justice system, including defendants and other clients, before, during, and after a trial, usually by police. It is also used at war crime trials.

Witless Protection Program (wit less pro tek shun pro gram) NOUN. An organization devoted to saving clueless people from the consequences of their stupidity.

Conrad- He's GOT to, nobody's going to stand for Obama giving a million dollars to every black person in the country!
