A word that is implied to have something to do with fail. This is correct. This can mean anyone including:
1. a n00b or noob
2. a stupid person
3. anything that fails

A person who degrades a situation. If someone is late they are flailing. Your chillin with your buds and one of them is a mooch and a complainer, they're a flail. Everyone shows up and the booze is already gone, that's a flail situation.

Failspy

A derogatory term for GameSpy, a company which attempts to host game servers. They often fail at that, and so many gaming companies buy their own servers after their experience, or after millions of customers complaining about it.

Dude 1: Hey, EA is gonna stop hiring FailSpy for Command and Conquer 4!

Dude 2: Awesome man! Now we won't suffer when it comes to online play!
