A guy who is eccentric and likes to shout "SEX AND VIOLENCE" at people haha, and yell "OMG IT'S A POPTAWT" when he 'forgets' theres asians around. He's always got wicked nice hair, and is always nice (okay, sometimes nice.) and rocks. He also looks good in a plaid vest.

When one sharts in his cargo shorts, then uses a public park bathroom to complete the job, flushes the toilet, then proceeds to wet one-ply public bathroom toilet paper in the recently flushed bowl to clean the clean the aforementioned shart from his soiled boxer shorts. The Sully Wipe is completed by putting the boxer shorts (wet with public toilet water) back on, and exiting the bathroom.

Instead of throwing away his boxer shorts, he executed a legendary sully wipe.
